Healthy Vegan Tofu Recipes
Tofu is a naturally vegan ingredient and when combined with other plant-based ingredients, we can create various tasty and healthy tofu vegan recipes.
Tofu can be used to prepare breakfast as well as unusual main meals or dinners. As it has a neutral taste, it can be easily used in sweet recipes as well. I like best combining tofu with rice, vegetable, mostly zucchini, couscous and in the sweet version I usually combine it with bananas and cocoa.
