For a very long time, eggs have been considered as a cholesterol ingredient but actually, egg consumption is beneficial for our health and body. There is actually "good" cholesterol contained in eggs. Besides, they represent a great source of protein and micronutrients. In the reasonable amount, egg recipes are also suitable for weight loss and least but not last for muscle mass building.
