Delicious Raffaello cream with quark, cherries, and chocolate

Delicious Raffaello cream with quark, cherries, and chocolate

A healthy and incredibly tasty 5-minute dessert recipe that anyone can make! Thanks to the refreshing quark and yogurt, this Raffaello cream is also suitable as a dessert or breakfast for warm summer days. The dessert does not contain added flour or sugar and has a high protein content.

This healthy Raffaello cream with quark, cherries, and chocolate is my favorite. Ever since I "mixed" this recipe for the first time, I prepare it very often at home. Since this coconut cream can be prepared completely sugar-free (I use stevia extract) and from very healthy ingredients, you can treat yourselves completely without remorse. Whether for breakfast or as a healthy dessert. Thanks to its high protein content as well as healthy fats from the coconut, this coconut cream is quite filling. And the combination of quark, cherries, and dark chocolate is simply irresistible. However, do not forget to use high-quality dark chocolate (70% +), which is beneficial for health and rich in antioxidants. It will certainly not harm anyone in a reasonable amount ;)

I urge you to try this delicious coconut Raffaello cream with quark, cherries, and chocolate as soon as possible. If you cannot find quark in the store, you can use low-fat creme fraiche instead.

Tip: If you add gelatin to this cream, you can use it, for example, as a healthy cake filling.
