Bananas are a very popular ingredient in recipes. No wonder, recipes with a banana are among the favorites for many people. If you've ever tried a banana bread, pancakes or banana cake, you've surely enjoyed it. In addition to the specific taste and structure, banana also adds sweetness to desserts, thanks to which you can prepare many recipes even without added sugar.

Banana is also a great ingredient for no-bake desserts and some other banana recipes. There are no limits to your imagination and you will definitely love the results. Moreover, these meals with bananas have a rich dose of potassium and magnesium. Bananas are also ideal for replenishing fast carbohydrates - before exercise or a difficult hike, for example.
Overripe bananas are best for baking and also have the most sweetness. I don't recommend experimenting with banana cakes, because changes in these kinds of recipes can cause a wrong consistency of the dough. Therefore, I recommend following my banana recipes as much as possible.
