I have the perfect recipe for a healthy breakfast for all the lovers of the combination of peanut butter and banana. Try these wholemeal toasts with banana and peanut butter - I'm sure you'll love them. In a few minutes, you can whip up a tasty and nutritious breakfast full of healthy energy.

You can also sprinkle the toasts with ground flax seeds, thanks to which you will add omega 3 fatty acids and many micronutrients to this breakfast.



  1. Toast slices of bread in a toaster or on a dry pan on both sides until golden.
  2. Spread a teaspoon of peanut butter on each toast.
  3. Place the banana cut into wheels on the toast.
  4. In the end, you can sprinkle the toast with cinnamon or flax seeds.
