Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 eggs (or 2 + 1 egg white)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa (I recommend this one)
- raisins, nuts, shredded coconut, fruit
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together eggs with mashed banana and cocoa.
- Pour the mixture into a preheated frying pan and stir.
- Cook the mixture until the eggs are scrambled.
- Serve sprinkled with your favorite fruit, raisins, nuts, or coconut.
