- Mix all the ingredients for the cake base together in a bowl.
- Pour the dough into a silicone or oil-sprayed cake pan (about 16 cm (6 in) in diameter). If you want to use a large pan, you will have to double the amount of ingredients and bake for a little longer.
- Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In the meantime, combine quark, Greek yogurt and honey together in a bowl.
- Then add in cleaned and finely chopped strawberries.
- Cut the cooled cake base in half horizontally, fill it with half of the strawberry cream, cover with the second part of the cake base and finally top it with the remaining cream.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it firm.
