
Spinach salad with mustard-honey-sesame seed dressing

Ingredients
- 200g of baby spinach
- 60g of dried cranberries
- 50g of almonds (I recommend these)
- For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp of olive oil (I recommend this one)
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp of honey (I recommend this one)
- 20g of sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Wash the baby spinach, dry it, sprinkle with cranberries, almonds, and then pour the prepared dressing over the salad.
