Ingredients

  • 1 (60 g) tortilla
  • 1-2 tsp tomato sauce or puree
  • 100 g quality ham
  • 40 g grated mozzarella (or sliced cheese)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano or pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spread tomato puree or sauce on one side of the tortilla and sprinkle with oregano or pizza seasoning.
  2. Then place slices of ham, cheese, and other ingredients of your choice on top.
  3. Cut the tortillas into thick strips, carefully roll them lengthwise, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the pizza sticks for about 7-10 minutes at 170 degrees until crispy.
