Healthy Avocado-Coconut Cubes

Healthy Avocado-Coconut Cubes

If you need to replenish healthy fats, these healthy avocado-coconut cubes are cut out for that. This healthy dessert from avocado and coconut tastes delicious and satisfies your appetite. To eliminates your sweet cravings and fill the stomach you just need one cube. Avocado contains a lot of healthy fats and coconut doesn't hang behind too. However, both of these ingredients, are full of fiber, vitamins and minerals, so unlike ordinary fat-based desserts, this one is good for your body. What more can a woman want :)

These healthy avocado-coconut cubes will be ready in a moment. You only need to blend the ingredients with blender with sharp knives and a large bowl ( (I recommend this one) ). You don't need any help in the kitchen and the dessert is prepared for the freezer in 20 minutes. By adding the protein powder, we increase the protein content and we also can adjust its flavor - I recommend using neutral vanilla or coconut protein powder, but if desired, you can also try pistachio or coffee protein powder.

Always cut the cubes before serving. Bananas and avocado on the cut side get brown after some time. Enjoy this healthy coconut and avocado dessert with your coffee or offer it to your visit. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil (I recommend this one)
  • 2 scoops (60g(2.1oz)) protein powder (vanilla, coconut..)
  • 100g (3.5oz) 2% cream cheese or quark
  • 50g (1.8oz) dark chocolate (70%+) (I recommend this one)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In blender, blend together coconut, avocado, banana, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, protein powder and cream cheese or quark.
  2. When all ingredients are connected, pour the resulting mass into a silicone or other mold (about 15x15cm (6x6in)).
  3. Melt dark chocolate in the water bath with a spoon of coconut oil and pour prepared dessert with it.
  4. Put the dessert to the freezer for half an hour and then you can serve or store in the refrigerator.
  5. Don't cut the cubes beforehand, because avocado and banana will become brown after a few hours in the refrigerator.
