Plum-Cinnamon Balls (Gluten—Free, Sugar-Free)

Plum-Cinnamon Balls (Gluten—Free, Sugar-Free)

No-bake balls are a favorite dessert for many of us, especially because of their easy and quick preparation. Another bonus is that they are often full of nutrients and very tasty. These easy plum-cinnamon balls are not an exception. In addition, they are completely gluten-free and sugar-free and are also great as a healthy Christmas dessert.

Thanks to dried plums and oats, these plum-cinnamon balls are rich in fiber that stimulates digestion. Together with almonds and coconut, they will provide nutrients to the body in a good amount, and at the same time, they will delight your appetite. The whiff of cinnamon will again delight all lovers of this precious spice. At the end we can coat the balls with shredded coconut, what will give them a representative effect.

As I mentioned at the beginning, I can also imagine these healthy balls as a healthy, quick and tasty dessert at the Christmas table. In that case, you can add gingerbread spice into them and thus multiply the Christmas feeling. A healthy dessert in the form of these gracious canapés is very practical.

Complete your daily intake of fiber with these tasty, healthy balls without added sugar.
