All you need is a tortilla, which you spread with tomato sauce, add your favorite ingredients such as ham, grated mozzarella, and olives, and bake it on baking paper without a baking sheet for 5 minutes at 210 degrees. That's it, your super quick and healthy pizza is ready.

Ingredients

  • 1 (60 g) tortilla
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce or puree
  • 100 g of high-quality ham
  • 30 g grated mozzarella
  • 20 g olives

Instructions

  1. Place the tortilla on baking paper and spread tomato puree or sauce on one side.
  2. Then place slices of ham, grated cheese, and olives on the tortilla.
  3. Carefully bake the tortilla in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes (only on the paper, without a baking sheet, so that it bakes until crispy).
  4. After baking, it should be crispy and all the ingredients should be sufficiently cooked.
