Skinny Healthy Coleslaw Salad

Skinny and healthy coleslaw can be prepared easily and at the speed of the light. If you desire some change and instead of salad with olive oil, you'd like to indulge in something more filling and refreshing, this coleslaw with yogurt and sour cream is created just for you. I love it during summer and summer barbecues, yummy!
White cabbage is a vitamin bomb indeed, it supports the immune system, improves digestion, protects your heart and in addition, it helps to detoxify the body. The carrot will make you happy with the famous beta carotene, it will help improve your eyesight and even clean your teeth and gums during the crunch.
In contrast to the classic coleslaw, this fit coleslaw is low calorie, contains small amount of fat and is also sugar-free. However, the taste is still so delicious, definitely try it out. You can eat this salad with whole-wheat bread, fish, or all by itself. It also goes well as a healthy side dish to the meat.
- ½ white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- ½ onion
- 7 Tbsp white yogurt
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- a pinch of sea salt (I recommend this one)
- a pinch of ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Grate cabbage, carrots, and onion as thin and small as possible and add the vegetables into the bowl with the dressing.
- Mix salad together and season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
