If you want to enrich this healthy tropical smoothie for immunity with a source of protein while achieving a creamy consistency, you can use plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt) instead of water. 1 serving of this smoothie contains up to:

- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 2 cm (0.4 in) ginger
- 1 cup water (or plain yogurt)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) fresh baby spinach
- Clean, wash and cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
- Wash spinach properly under running water.
- Blend all the ingredients together along with water or yogurt in a blender (I recommend this one) , until smooth.
- The smoothie tastes best if served immediately.
