Breakfast Fitness Cake

Breakfast Fitness Cake

The beauty is in simplicity, and this is also true with this breakfast fitness cake. Not only is it prepared (for baking) in 5 minutes, but in addition, it is very healthy and tasty. Cake is a great source of protein, complex carbohydrates and omega-3 fatty acids. It's not very sweet, which is good for morning, and it doesn't induce more sweet cravings. Prepare it as a breakfast or pack it as a morning snack and mainly, enjoy it.

Did you know that the Frenchmen love sweet breakfast? Their tables are always full of fruit, cereals, croissants and jam. However, you will hardly find there something really nourishing and healthy, with no added sugar or fat. If you are a sweet breakfast lover too, then this sweet breakfast fitness cake is the right one for you. Yes, you can also eat cakes for breakfast! Or feel free to pack it for work or school.

If you are used to eat oats, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast, than I have a good news for you - you've finally found a new way to prepare these favorite ingredients in a different way. Have you ever tried to bake this combination? I guarantee that you will lick your lips after this healthy breakfast. Pour your cake with hot fruit and you will not want to eat any other breakfast.
