Healthy Quinoa Porridge with Quark

Healthy Quinoa Porridge with Quark

Quinoa is an amazingly versatile pseudo-grain and can be used almost in any recipe. If you want to enjoy it for breakfast, I don't know any better option than to enjoy it in the form of this tasty sugar-free and gluten-free quinoa porridge with quark. This healthy breakfast combination will surely fill you up, and will provide you with energy, and will even be tasty.

Whenever I get tired of a classic oatmeal, I begin to invent various variations without oats. And this is how the recipe for this healthy porridge was created - a simple experiment. Porridges are overall great breakfast, because they will perfectly warm you up and fill you up. This creamy quinoa porridge is sweetened only with one banana, and in addition to quinoa and quark, you can also find there chia seeds, which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. I recommend sprinkling it with shredded coconut, nuts, cocoa nibs or fruit. Great start to the new day, don't you say? Another good reason to prepare this porridge is, that it takes only a few minutes to prepare it.

Thanks to this healthy porridge, you can give your body plenty of vitamins, minerals, fiber (up to 10 grams per serving), protein (up to 20 grams per serving) and amino acids for its successful start to a new day. If you haven't tried this porridge yet, give it a chance for sure. It's one of my favorites, and I'm sure you will love it too.
