Homemade carrot tofu spread

A simple, tasty spread with tofu, quark, carrot, and garlic. This healthy homemade carrot tofu spread is ready in a few minutes and the whole family will enjoy it. All you need to prepare this recipe is tofu, quark, carrot, and garlic, which you mix thoroughly in a chopper. Try serving it with homemade whole wheat bread and you will see how everyone loves it ;)

Healthy homemade carrot tofu spread is diet-friendly and low-fat, unlike most store-bought spreads. If you don't have a proper food processor at home, or you have a problem with yours and it leaves lumps in your dough, (I recommend this one) chopper.

I like this carrot spread with tofu especially for breakfast with bread, but once I have it in the fridge, I usually eat it with almost anything - I also like it as a side dish to french fries or sliced vegetables. Tofu easily absorbs the flavors of other ingredients from recipes. Therefore, in this recipe, it creates a sweet carrot cream and, together with quark, a tasty protein bomb. Any vegetables, scrambled eggs, or quality ham is perfect with this spread.
