Who would say that from zucchini we can create such a delicious sweet goody in form of salad? In combination with coconut, cinnamon and crunchy pieces of nuts, you will fall in love with it after the first bite.

This zucchini and apple salad can be improved to your own taste, adding some extra ingredients, just choose from the optional ingredients below. My favorite additions to this salad are peanut butter and poppy. Thanks to the complex nutrients that are contained in the salad, you don't have to worry about being hungry again quickly. I like to enjoy this healthy salad the most as breakfast. It is charged with vitamins, minerals and fiber and cottage cheese adds to its high protein content.

  1. Grate apple and zucchini on the grater and in the bowl, stir with cottage cheese and cinnamon.
  2. Put the salad in bowls and finally sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
