Flourless Flaxseed Bread

Flourless Flaxseed Bread

Try to prepare this gluten-free and low carbohydrate flaxseed bread with high fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids content, that can replace classic bread for you. You can prepare sandwiches or toasts, you can enjoy it stand-alone or with your favorite spread (I recommend tuna spread).

This nutritious and healthy flourless flaxseed bread is really very tasty and easy to prepare. I like to serve it with tuna, spinach, parmesan cheese and olives. I recommend using home-ground flaxseed to prepare it, because if you use flaxseed from the store, it will be much more thick. Preferably, we need coarse-grained flour, which we can get by grinding these seeds. And thanks to the flaxseed, this bread has a pleasant, delicate nutty flavor which you will fall in love with for sure.

Thanks to the higher content of healthy fats and fiber, this bread will fill you up already after the first slice. Together with preparation and baking, you will have this handy gluten-free bread ready in only 30 minutes. No rising or kneading is waiting for you. Fits perfect for breakfast or dinner. In addition, low carb content makes this bread suitable for ketogenic diets too.
