Healthy Oatmeal Fruit Pizza

Healthy Oatmeal Fruit Pizza

Sweet healthy oatmeal pizza with fruit? Sounds interesting, doesn't it? If this idea addressed you, you can definitely prepare it at home and surprise your loved ones with it. The great advantage is, that it is completely sugar-free and flour-free and contains a relatively low amount of calories and fat.

This sweet fit oatmeal pizza represents a healthy oatmeal breakfast, but can be served as a dessert or an interesting snack for guests as well.

The essential ingredients are oats baked together with banana. The top of this sweet pizza can be spread with flavored quark and yogurt layer, and at the very end it can be decorated with fresh fruit. I prefer to use small pieces of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, bananas or kiwi. The options are infinite, it only depends on your fantasy and preferences. I'm sure that thanks to its variegation and playfulness, this healthy oatmeal pizza will attract even the smallest ones.

If you are a nut butter lover, you can spread this pizza with a little peanut, almond or cashew butter (I recommend this one) . And if you would like to increase the protein content in the recipe even more, add some protein powder of any flavor (I recommend this one) into the dough or quark topping.

Bring delight into your morning with this cheerful oatmeal pizza ;)
