It has never been easier to prepare a fit meal. Place all the other ingredients on the tuna, alternatively add another ingredients according to your taste, pour with balsamic vinegar and you are done. The resulting piece looks aesthetically, is beautifully colorful and tastes even better.

Ingredients

  • 100g (3.5oz) tuna in own juice (I recommend this one)
  • 100g (3.5oz) cottage cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful baby spinach
  • 20g (0.7oz) olives
  • crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • red onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the juice from tuna and place it on the plate.
  2. Place washed and chopped vegetables, cottage cheese (mixed with a clove of garlic) on the tuna and finally pour whole tower with balsamic vinegar.
