Fit Flatbreads with Ham or Tuna

Fit Flatbreads with Ham or Tuna

Tasty baked flatbreads ideal as light fitness dinner with high protein content. They are easy to carry, which makes them a great choice for lunch or morning snack for school or work. These fit cheese pancakes are gluten-free, so they are completely flourless and full of protein, while they have very low carbohydrate content. So they are also suitable for low carb diets.

The flatbreads, or you can call them rissoles, keep their shape thanks to egg and cheese - I prefer to use grated mozzarella in this recipe. I also cannot omit that these flatbreads are absolutely easy to prepare and as they are baked, most of the work will oven do for you, you don't have to stand at the pan for a long time. And they are also very healthy. So I think it's a great recipe in which you can use canned tuna, probably all of us have it at home.

Whether you prepare these fit cheese-quark flatbreads with tuna or ham, I believe you will love them in both ways. You can serve them with seasoned Greek yoghurt or tzatziki sauce and lettuce. Try to add dried tomatoes or finely chopped olives into the dough, yummy!
